乡镇预防医学教育是医学教育的“空白区”亟待加强。建国以来,曾以各种形式举办过各类学习班,为基层培养了许多人才。但系统、正规的基层教育一直未列入计划中。目前,随着社会经济、文化飞速发展,乡镇、农村对预防保健需求的质与量都与日俱增。现状远满足不了需求,特别是人员的知识素质与发展需求有着尖锐的矛盾。本文通过黑龙江省乡镇卫生人员的基本调查,提出加强乡镇预防医学教育培养基层实用型人才的几点建议,与同道们商榷。 Township preventive medical education is a “vacant area” of medical education to be strengthened. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, various classes have been organized in various forms and many talents have been trained for the grassroots. However, systematic and formal grassroots education has not been included in the plan. At present, with the rapid development of social economy and culture, the quality and quantity of preventive health care in townships and villages are increasing day by day. The status quo is far from satisfying the needs, especially the sharp contradiction between the knowledge quality of personnel and the demand for development. Based on the basic survey of township health personnel in Heilongjiang Province, this paper puts forward some suggestions for strengthening the practical talents of the preventive medical education at the township level, and discusses with fellow colleagues.
