15年的经济改革与开放使我国人民消费水平有了很大提高,消费结构也发生了巨大变化。但是,改革开放中城乡消费差距并没有缩小,甚至有所扩大。本文从消费的角度研究我国城乡差别的现状与趋向,以期引起大家的关注,共同来探讨促进城乡经济协调发展的新思路。 一、城乡消费性收入的差距 消费支出是消费收入的函数,消费收入是决定消费水平的首要因素。在我国现行统计项目中,没有现成的消费收入数据,我们根据有关资料估算城乡居民实际消费性收入,对现有收入数据作一粗略校正。
In the past 15 years of economic reform and opening up, the level of people’s consumption in our country has been greatly improved, and the consumption structure has undergone tremendous changes. However, the gap between urban and rural areas during the reform and opening up has not narrowed or even expanded. This paper studies the status quo and trend of urban-rural differences from the perspective of consumption in order to arouse the public’s attention and jointly explore new ways to promote the coordinated development of urban and rural economy. First, the gap between urban and rural consumer income Consumption expenditure is a function of consumer income, consumer income is the primary factor in determining the level of consumption. In the current statistics project in our country, there is no ready-made consumer income data. We estimate the actual consumer income of urban and rural residents based on the relevant data and make a rough revision of the existing income data.
