党的十八大以后,我国文化事业改革的步伐继续加快,群众文化事业呈现出迅猛的发展势头。随着我国人民物质生活水平的不断提高,是适当地举办一些社会主义精神文明建设活动与社会主义文化活动,有利于人们文化生活氛围的营造。随着群众文化需求的不断增加,调动着蕴藏于群众中的文化精神力量,能够促进文化的不断发展繁荣。笔者主要对现阶段群众文化工作的重大意义进行了分析,在此基础上提出了几点建设性意见,旨在进一步提高群众文化素质,提高综合素质。
Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the pace of reforming our cultural undertakings has continued to accelerate, and the mass cultural undertakings have shown a rapid momentum of development. With the constant improvement of the material living standards of our people, it is appropriate to hold some socialist spiritual civilization construction activities and socialist cultural activities, which are conducive to the creation of people’s cultural life atmosphere. With the increasing demand of the mass culture, mobilizing the cultural forces contained in the masses can promote the continuous development and prosperity of culture. The author mainly analyzes the great significance of mass cultural work at this stage, and puts forward several constructive suggestions on the basis of this, aimed at further raising the mass cultural quality and improving the overall quality.
