室内设计是一门应用性、实践性极强的课程,培养出应用型人才的关键是使学生学以致用。随着人们对室内环境的要求不断提高,对室内设计相关人才也提出了更高的要求。尤其是对刚毕业的应届生们,常需要企业进行一段时间的培训,才可以承担实际工作,胜任自己的岗位职责。这样的状况在我国各大高校是普遍存在的,要解决这样的尴尬局面,缩短设计人才培养与社会需求之间的差距,重心在于转变教学模式和培养理念,才能更好地打造多元、具有特色的设计教学模式,提高应用型人才的培养质量。
