随着网络化教育在世界范围内的全面推进,教师的远程培训也逐渐成熟。通过参与近几年教育部远程培训组织工作,体会到教师在参与网络远程培训过程中难以调动其实践性认知的障碍。因此,从实践中总结出相关策略,让教师将自身的实践性认知紧密与培训融合,达到提升培训效率的目的。
With the comprehensive promotion of network education in the world, the distance training of teachers has gradually matured. By participating in the training of remote training organizations of the Ministry of Education in recent years, it is hard to understand the obstacles that teachers find it hard to mobilize their practical cognition in the process of participating in the network long-distance training. Therefore, from the practice of summed up the relevant strategies for teachers to integrate their own practical knowledge and training closely to achieve the purpose of improving training efficiency.
