用食管癌高发区林县的粮食中分离出的互隔交链孢霉的代谢物之一——交链孢酚单甲醚(AME)注入小鼠体内,观察对鼠肝中脂质过氧化及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性的影响。试验结果显示:AME可以导致丙二醇含量增加(P<0.01),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性降低(P<0.01)。丙二醛含量的增高与AME剂量呈显著正相关(r=0.957,P<0.05),酶活性与丙二醛水平呈明显负相关(r=-0.973,P<0.05)。结果表明:AME可以引发脂质过氧化反应,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性下降,本实验结果为该霉菌极可能是引起食管癌病因之一学说提供的积极佐证。
One of the metabolites of Alternaria alternata, which was isolated from Linxian County, a high-incidence area of esophageal cancer, was injected into mice to observe lipid peroxidation in rat liver. And the effects of glutathione peroxidase activity. The test results show that AME can increase the content of propylene glycol (P<0.01) and decrease the activity of glutathione peroxidase (P<0.01). The increase of malondialdehyde content was significantly positively correlated with the dose of AME (r=0.957, P<0.05). The enzyme activity was significantly negatively correlated with malondialdehyde (r=-0.973, P<0.05). The results showed that AME could induce lipid peroxidation and decrease the activity of glutathione peroxidase. The results of this experiment provide positive evidence for the etiology of esophageal cancer.
