当前人力资源管理模式日新月异,先进理念层出不穷,而煤炭医院在这方面显得相对落后、薄弱一些。尤其是传统的煤炭医院,对人的管理与运用仍旧沿用传统管理模式,没有充分挖掘出人力资源的真正潜力。所以,在此建议煤炭医院通过学习最新的管理思想,探索适合本医院管理的方法与思路,建立健全具有本院特色的管理模式。
The current mode of human resources management changes rapidly, advanced concepts emerge in an endless stream, and coal hospitals in this area seem relatively backward and weaker. Especially in the traditional coal hospital, the management and application of people still follow the traditional management mode and do not fully tap the real potential of human resources. Therefore, it is suggested that Coal Hospital should explore the methods and ideas suitable for the hospital management by studying the latest management thoughts, and establish and perfect the management mode with the characteristics of this hospital.
