就现有的关于市售炒葵花子食品安全系列新闻报道进行探究,结合研究者的成果,比较各种食品中铝检测方法之间的优缺点,从中选择既高效又简便的检测方法,从而实现食品中铝含量的快速检测。通过试验选用干法灰化法对样品进行前处理,采用铬天青S分光光度法对样品进行测定。经检测分析,市售炒葵花子中铝的含量微乎其微,并不会对消费者产生严重的影响。
