云南是一个拥有丰厚少数民族文化资源的省份。改革开放以来,广大少数民族地区的经济、文化得到了较大的发展,人们对文化生活的需求,人才的需求发生了变化,要求越来越高。为此,培养少数民族艺术人才迫在眉睫,我们应打破传统的培养模式,拓宽思路,从实际出发建立科学、规范的课程体系,编制合理的教学教材,建立一套适用于云南少数民族艺术人才的培养模式,以满足云南新农村少数民族地区文化建设和少数民族艺术人才的需求。
Yunnan is a province rich in ethnic cultural resources. Since the reform and opening up, the economy and culture of the majority of ethnic minority areas have made great progress. People’s demands for cultural life and talent have changed and their requirements are getting higher and higher. To this end, it is imperative to cultivate art talents of ethnic minorities. We should break the traditional training model and broaden our train of thought. We should establish a scientific and standardized curriculum system based on the actual conditions, compile reasonable teaching materials and establish a set of training methods applicable to the art talents of ethnic minorities in Yunnan Model to meet the needs of cultural construction and ethnic arts talents in ethnic minority areas in new rural areas of Yunnan.
