本文运用多学科的理论知识和有关资料,检查跳远教学中存在的问题,并通过教学实践,探讨全程快速助跑节奏和快速起跳相结合教学方法,使学生掌握跳远技术和提高跳远成绩。
This article uses multidisciplinary theoretical knowledge and relevant data to check the problems in long jump teaching. Through the teaching practice, this paper discusses the combination of rapid rhythm and rapid take-off teaching method to enable students to master the long jump technique and improve long jump performance.
