目的:对藏药矮丛风毛菊的化学成分进行研究。方法:利用各种柱色谱对其成分进行分离纯化,通过波谱解析进行结构鉴定。结果:从中分离得到17个化合物,分别鉴定为:正二十八烷醇(1)、正三十六烷醇(2)、伞形花内酯 (3)、东莨菪素(4)、异东莨菪素(5)、1,3,7,8-四羟基酮(6)、肉桂酸(7)、豆甾醇(8)、菜油甾醇(9)、胆甾醇 (10)、β-谷甾醇(11)、芹菜素(12)、刺槐素(13)、deacylcynaropicrin(14)、kandavanolide(15)、acetylation of kandavanolide(16)及robustaflavone 4’,4"’-dimethyl ether(17)。结论:化合物1-13、15-17均首次从该种植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of Tibetan medicine Prunus mongolica. Methods: The constituents were separated and purified by various column chromatography and identified by spectroscopic analysis. Results: Seventeen compounds were isolated and identified as n-octacosanol (1), n-hexacosanol (2), umbelliferone (3), scopolamine (4) Sesquiterpene (5), 1,3,7,8-tetrahydroxyketone (6), cinnamic acid (7), stigmasterol (8), campesterol (9), cholesterol (11), apigenin (12), acacia (13), deacylcynaropicrin (14), kandavanolide (15), acetylation of kandavanolide (16) and robustaflavone 4 ’ Compounds 1-13 and 15-17 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
