本文对65例(130耳)弱智儿童进行听觉脑干反应(ABR)检测,发现其中57例(101耳)出现异常波形。表现为听阈升高(77.69%),波潜伏期延长(56.92%),波幅明显降低(59.23%),波间潜伏期延长(25.39%)及波缺失等。显示听路损害发生在耳蜗和听神经远端;少数可损及中枢听觉通路。我们认为,对弱智儿童作ABR可早期发现其听觉功能的潜在性损害。
In this study, auditory brainstem response (ABR) was detected in 65 cases (130 ears) of mentally retarded children and 57 cases (101 ears) were found to have abnormal waveform. (77.69%), prolongation of wave latency (56.92%), decrease of wave amplitude (59.23%), prolongation of wave latency (25.39%) and wave loss. Disturbance of hearing ailments occurred distal to the cochlea and auditory nerve; few could impair the central auditory pathway. We believe that the potential damage to ABR early detection of auditory function in mentally retarded children.
