结合近期国内外的文献,本文详细介绍了南极假丝酵母脂肪酶B(CALB)在手性醇、胺、酸选择性的拆分以及转酯等的应用。利用脂肪酶合成手性药物是药物合成研究的一个重要领域,CALB在一些药物的拆分和合成中表现出了良好的选择性,本文主要综述了其在手性醇、胺、酸选择性拆分以及转酯中的应用,希望能够为手性药物的合成提供方向。
Combined with recent literature at home and abroad, this article describes the application of Candida antarctica lipase B (CALB) in the chiral alcohol, amine, acid selective resolution and transesterification. The synthesis of chiral drugs by lipase is an important field of drug synthesis research. CALB shows good selectivity in the resolution and synthesis of some drugs. In this paper, we mainly reviewed its application in chiral alcohol, amine, acid selective disassembly Points and transesterification applications, hoping to provide direction for the synthesis of chiral drugs.
