目的:优化祖师麻总香豆素的纯化工艺。方法:以总香豆素含量为指标,采用静态和动态吸附-洗脱试验筛选大孔树脂型号,通过单因素试验考察最大上样量、洗脱剂浓度和用量、洗脱速度对纯化工艺的影响。结果:AB-8型大孔树脂对总香豆素的吸附性能和解析效果最佳,其最佳纯化工艺为最大上样量3 BV,加去离子水洗脱杂质,用75%乙醇10 BV洗脱,洗脱流速2 BV.h-1。结论:优选的纯化工艺稳定可靠,能满足祖师麻总香豆素渗透泵控释片需求。
Objective: To optimize the purification process of total coumarin Methods: According to the total coumarin content, macroporous resin was screened by static and dynamic adsorption-elution test.
