[目的]通过对过硫酸铵法测定尿碘含量的探讨,使测定方法进一步完善。[方法]采用电热恒温鼓风干燥箱消化尿碘。在原有方法基础上,改进碘标准液配制方法,注意实验环境、器皿及试剂避免碘污染,注意选用硫酸铈铵试剂质量及加入量准确性,严格控制反应温度与反应时间。[结果]改进后方法的最低检出限为3μg/L,相对标准偏差为2.24%~4.90%,回收率为89.6%~102.3%,改进法与原方法经t检验,t0.05,2种方法的测定结果类似。[结论]通过改进测定方法,为尿碘的质量控制提供更准确的检测方法。
[Objective] The purpose of the study was to determine the urinary iodine content by the ammonium persulfate method and to further improve the determination method. [Method] The digestion of urinary iodine was carried out by electric heated blast oven. On the basis of the original method, the method of preparation of iodine standard solution is improved, and the experimental environment, utensils and reagents are to be taken to avoid iodine pollution. Attention should be paid to the quality of the cerium ammonium sulfate reagent and the added amount accuracy, and the reaction temperature and reaction time should be strictly controlled. [Results] The detection limit of the improved method was 3μg / L, the relative standard deviation was 2.24% ~ 4.90% and the recovery rate was 89.6% ~ 102.3%. The improved method was compared with the original method by t test, t 0.05, the results of two methods were similar. [Conclusion] This method can provide more accurate detection method for the quality control of urinary iodine by improving the determination method.
