本文系统地阐述了点接触齿面啮合理论中求解接触点的完整过程,并导出了在取不同坐标系时求解接触点的同一计算公式。在啮合传动中,根据具体问题选取不同的坐标系,可应用同一计算公式进行啮合分析与计算。
This paper systematically expounds the complete process of solving the contact point in the theory of point contact tooth surface engagement and derives the same calculation formula for solving the contact point when taking different coordinate system. In meshing transmission, different coordinate systems are selected according to specific problems, and the same calculation formula can be used for meshing analysis and calculation.
