研究了低温范围内(20~-190℃)TA2合金的冲击性能。结果发现,TA2合金在试验温度区间内的断裂为韧性断裂。在温度为-50~-100℃范围内,TA2的冲击功最低,但随着温度区间往两侧延伸,其冲击功呈现明显的升高趋势。在室温至-190℃区间范围内,TA2合金的断口组织中韧性断裂痕迹明显,有清晰的剪切唇,且断口面的断裂纤维非常粗糙并形成韧窝,为韧性断裂。
The impact properties of TA2 alloy in the low temperature range (20 ~ -190 ℃) were studied. The results show that, TA2 alloy fracture in the test temperature range of ductile fracture. TA2 has the lowest impact energy at temperatures ranging from -50 to -100 ° C, but its impact energy shows a clear upward trend as it extends both sides of the temperature range.
