加强老企业技术改造,是加速我国经济建设的重大决策。也是增强老企业技术实力的重要途径。尤其是目前,航空工业正处在战略转变新时期,全行业正在深入贯彻“保军转民”的方针,企业产品结构和经营方式发生了巨大变化。 现代化大生产,必须依靠先进的技术装备和科学技术进步。否则,就无法从根本上提高生产能力、应变能力和竞争能力。就很难适应商品经济的发展,对付不了产品结构的剧烈变化和市场竞争的激烈挑战。 本文论述了对老企业进行技术改造的方向、任务、原则和方法。
Strengthening technological transformation of old enterprises is a major decision to accelerate China’s economic construction. It is also an important way to enhance the technical strength of old companies. In particular, at present, the aviation industry is in a new period of strategic transformation. The entire industry is deeply implementing the principle of “maintaining military support and transferring people” and has undergone tremendous changes in its product structure and business model. Modern large-scale production must rely on advanced technological equipment and scientific and technological progress. Otherwise, it will not be possible to fundamentally increase production capacity, adaptability and competitiveness. It is difficult to adapt to the development of the commodity economy, and cannot cope with the drastic changes in product structure and fierce market competition. This article discusses the direction, tasks, principles, and methods for technological transformation of old companies.
