随着市场经济的发展,越来越多的集团企业应运而生,集团企业凭借自身的优势逐步在我国的经济发展中发挥着核心作用。集团企业作为新型的企业组织形式,在增强企业实力、获得规模效应和协同效应方面发挥着显著的作用。但是,集团企业在组织结构上管理层次繁杂、法人代表多,要求财务管理方面要更加注重风险评估,坚持谨慎稳健的原则建立财务风险评估机制,最大限度的防范风险、规避风险,保障集团企业的财物安全。本文先分析了风险评估对集团企业发展的作用,然后分析了集团企业进行财务风险评估遵循的原则,最后提出了集团企业进行财务风险评估的措施。
