采用冲击、拉伸试验、X射线衍射分析和显微组织观察,研究了在650℃下时效过程中新设计的一种沉淀强化马氏体耐热钢(简称MPHI钢)的力学性能与组织稳定性的相互关系。研究结果表明,新设计的耐热钢在650℃下的高温拉伸性能稳定,当时效时间超过600 h后,其硬度值高于P92钢而硬度的衰减速率低于P92钢。分析认为,MPHI钢微观组织的稳定性对其力学性能产生了重要的影响。
The mechanical properties and microstructure stability of a precipitation-hardened martensitic heat-resisting steel (MPHI steel) newly designed during aging at 650 ℃ were studied by impact test, tensile test, X-ray diffraction analysis and microstructure observation. Sexual interrelationships. The results show that the tensile strength of the newly designed heat-resistant steel is stable at 650 ℃. When the aging time is over 600 h, the hardness of the newly designed heat-resistant steel is higher than that of P92 steel and the decay rate of hardness is lower than that of P92 steel. The analysis shows that the stability of MPHI steel microstructure has an important impact on the mechanical properties.
