气体保护焊是一种高效、节能的明弧焊焊接方法,具有生产效率高、能耗低、熔敷率高及适用范围广等优点,因而被广泛地应用于我公司产品制造(主要是焊接专用汽车车辆结构件)及零配件加工等领域。但采用CO_2气体保护焊时易产生飞溅,特别是在焊接工艺参数设置不当时,飞溅率将显著加大。这对于焊接过程中的稳定性及焊接结构件的质量有极大的影响。为此,本文就CO_2气体保护焊产生飞溅的机理和减少飞溅的措施进行了阐述,希望能为使用CO_2气体保护焊的工作人员提供一些借鉴。
Gas shielded arc welding is an efficient and energy-saving open arc welding method. It has the advantages of high production efficiency, low energy consumption, high deposition rate and wide application range. It is widely used in the manufacture of our products (mainly welding Special vehicle structure) and spare parts processing and other fields. However, the use of CO_2 gas shielded welding is easy to produce spatter, especially in the welding process parameters set properly, the spatter rate will be significantly increased. This has a great impact on the stability of the welding process and the quality of welded structural parts. Therefore, this paper describes the spattering mechanism of CO_2 gas shielded welding and the measures to reduce the spatter. It is hoped that this paper can provide reference for the workers who use CO_2 gas shielded welding.
