叙述了键合型DANS(4-dimethylamino-4'nitro-stlibene)聚合物薄膜波导的制备和极化过程.应用集成光学中的棱镜耦合技术,对DANS聚合物薄膜波导极化前后以及紫外光照射前后的光学特性分别进行了表征.实验结果表明,极化后波导非寻常光折射率明显增大而波导寻常光折射率减小;经过紫外光照射后,波导折射率降低约0.02
The fabrication and polarization of 4-dimethylamino-4’nitro-stlibene bonded polymer thin film waveguides are described. The prism coupling technology in integrated optics was used to characterize the optical properties before and after polarization of DANS polymer films before and after UV irradiation. The experimental results show that the extraordinary refractive index of the waveguide increases obviously and the ordinary refractive index of the waveguide decreases after polarization; after UV irradiation, the refractive index of the waveguide decreases about 0.02
