香菇不但营养丰富、味美清香,而且是一种防病健身的疗效食品。以往多用段木栽培。70年代中期,上海市农科院食用菌所试验用木屑室内压块法栽培香菇。近年来,福建省古田县食用菌工作者研究成功香菇室外木屑袋栽技术。经实验证明,该项技术具有省工、省本,收益高的优点,且能实现机械化栽培。现将香菇室外木屑袋栽技术简介如下: 一、香菇菌种制备 (一)菌种 1.古田常用的香菇菌种,主要有:h—03:是古田县菇农育成的中温型早生种,接种70天后即可出菇。菌丝色略淡,气生菌丝多,爬壁力中等。适宜的出菇温度为10~25℃,子实体单生,朵型中等
