Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of Podoplanin, TEM-8 and VEGF-D in glomerular and colorectal carcinoma. Methods: The expression of TEM-8, Podoplanin and VEGF-D in 30-node and colorectal cancer specimens was analyzed by real-time quantitative PCR. The tumor characteristics were analyzed with pathological staging and lymph node metastasis. Results: The expression of Podoplanin in tumor tissue was higher than that in normal tissue, and was correlated with lymph node metastasis and tumor staging. The expression of VEGF-D in tumor tissue was higher than that in normal tissues, and was correlated with lymph node metastasis, but not with tumor stage The positive expression rate of TEM-8 in normal tissues was 90%, which was correlated with tumor stage and lymph node metastasis. CONCLUSION: TEM-8, Podoplanin and VEGF-D can be used as markers of colorectal cancer and lymph node metastasis. TEM-8 can be used as a tumor-specific marker in the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer , Prognosis is expected to play an important role.
