目的 探索 c- erb B- 2在乳癌中的表达及其与流式细胞仪 DNA的相关性。方法 运用免疫组织化学检测 70例乳癌 c- erb B- 2过度表达情况 ,同时行流式细胞仪 DNA检测。结果 c- erb B- 2过度表达率为 30 %(2 1∶ 70 ) ,其中浸润性癌中 36 .4% (2 0∶ 5 5 ) ,非浸润性癌中 6 .7% (1∶ 15 )。 c- erb B- 2与 ER、PR呈强负相关 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,与 DNA倍体呈正相关 (P=0 .0 2 1) ,与 SPF呈正相关 (P=0 .0 139) ,与年龄、淋巴结状态、肿瘤分期无明显相关性 ,与 PF间无明显相关 (P=0 .0 6 17)。结论 c- erb B- 2、DNA相关性研究阐释了乳癌的生物学特性 ,为术后辅助治疗提供了重要线索。
Objective To explore the expression of c-erb B-2 in breast cancer and its correlation with flow cytometry DNA. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the overexpression of c-erb B-2 in 70 cases of breast cancer. Flow cytometry DNA was also detected. Results The overexpression rate of c-erb B-2 was 30% (2 1∶70), among which 36.4% (2 0: 5 5) in invasive carcinoma and 6.7% (1: 15) in non-invasive carcinoma. ).
