目的:建立一种新的快速有效的测定八角挥发性成分的分析方法。方法:采用静态顶空-气相色谱-质谱法测定八角果实和叶片中的挥发性成分,采用面积归一法计算各组分的相对含量。结果:分别从八角果实和叶片的顶空气体中鉴定出了36种和37种化合物,被鉴定挥发性组分的峰面积分别占总峰面积的97.62%和99.68%;在八角果实和叶片的顶空气体中,均是以芳香族化合物的相对含量最高,占总挥发性物质的82.3%~90.2%,其次为萜类化合物,占7.3%~17.3%,非萜类脂肪族化合物的相对含量最低仅占0.4%~2.4%;分析结果的RSD在2.11%~6.80%之间。结论:本方法具有较高的精密度,且样品消耗量小,无需有机溶剂提取,整个过程高度自动化,可快速检测与区分八角果实和叶片所得挥发油,亦可用作八角挥发油提取原料的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a new rapid and effective analytical method for the determination of volatile components of Octagon. Methods: The static headspace-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to determine the volatile components in the fruit and leaves of Star anise. The relative content of each component was calculated by area normalization method. RESULTS: 36 and 37 compounds were identified from the top air bodies of octagonal fruits and leaves. The peak areas of the identified volatile components accounted for 97.62% and 99.68% of the total peak area, respectively; In the headspace, the relative content of aromatic compounds is the highest, accounting for 82.3% to 90.2% of the total volatile matter, followed by terpenoids, accounting for 7.3% to 17.3%, and the relative content of non-steroidal aliphatic compounds. The lowest is only 0.4% to 2.4%; the RSD of the analysis results is between 2.11% and 6.80%. Conclusion: The method has high precision, low sample consumption, no need for organic solvent extraction, and the whole process is highly automated. It can quickly detect and distinguish the volatile oil obtained from fruits and leaves of octagonal roots. It can also be used as a raw material for the extraction of volatile oil from Octagon. .
