为了工业状态监测系统低成本、高可靠性的需求,设计提出了一种针对机泵群并以小型高速转子模型为试验对象的旋转机械振动状态监测分析系统。该系统应用前端信号调理模块和工控机为硬件,使用成熟的接口技术建立一个开放式的数据采集系统,在LabVIEW 7.1上搭建虚拟仪器平台,可分别对不同信号进行每通道50 kHz/s高速同步采样和分时复用采样,具有数据实时采集、信号分析处理和数据存储等功能。试验结果表明:该系统稳定性好,结构配置灵活,易于维护和扩展,具有较强的通用性和实用性。
In order to meet the demand of low cost and high reliability of industrial condition monitoring system, a vibration monitoring and analysis system of rotating machinery based on small pump model and high speed rotor model is proposed. The system uses front-end signal conditioning module and industrial control computer as hardware, using an established interface technology to establish an open data acquisition system, and build a virtual instrument platform on LabVIEW 7.1 to perform high-speed 50 kHz / s per channel synchronization on different signals Sampling and time-sharing sampling, with real-time data acquisition, signal analysis and data storage and other functions. The test results show that the system has good stability, flexible structure configuration, easy maintenance and expansion, and has strong versatility and practicability.
