常听一些老师埋怨:“我这个班的基础不好,生源不好,花再多的精力也白搭。”或者说:“我这个班的学生就是笨,这样简单的题目也不会做。”我认为这些看法都过分强调了学生学习的客观因素。从生理学和心理学的角度看,由于每个人的遗传基因不同,后天因素、环境的影响不同,确实会造成个人的心理、生理和文化素质的倾向和发展水平的差异性。
Listen to some teachers often complain: “My class is not good foundation, poor students, spend more energy on the blatant. ” Or: “My class is stupid students, such a simple topic will not Do. ”" I think these views are too much emphasis on the objective factors of student learning. From the point of view of physiology and psychology, due to different genetics, acquired factors and different environmental influences, each person can indeed cause the individual’s psychological, physiological and cultural tendencies and the difference in their level of development.
