历史研究的最终意义在于思想史,包括价值观史的研究。唐代交通法规内容丰富,但研究不多。以《唐律疏议》为原本,可以发现唐代以陆路交通为了主,兼及水上交通,内容上首重安全,其次也重视对效率、公正、伦理、和谐与社会秩序等方面的追求,贯穿了中国传统文化中礼法结合的基本原则,并且将这些价值观外化成了具体的交通法规。审视这些交通法规,发掘这些交通法规背后的价值观念,发现它们仍然具有鲜明的现实意义。
The ultimate significance of historical research lies in the history of ideas, including the history of values. Tang traffic regulations rich in content, but little research. Based on the Tang law, it can be found that in the Tang Dynasty, land transportation was the main and water transportation, the content was the first one to be safe and the second was the pursuit of efficiency, justice, ethics, harmony and social order. It runs through the basic principles of combining the law and ritual in Chinese traditional culture and externalizes these values into specific traffic laws and regulations. Examining these traffic laws and discovering the values behind these traffic laws and found that they still have a clear and immediate significance.
