在沙漠地区修建公路,筑路材料缺乏,所需的土、砂石料、水泥、沥青、钢材等主要材料均需远运,增加了施工难度和工程造价,为了降低成本方便施工,探索在沙漠地区施工的捷径,本段路基填筑采用风积沙,以适应特殊的环境。根据风积沙的物理力学性质和实践结果表明,风积沙路基具有整体稳定性好、沉降量小、沉降速度快、水稳性好等优点,但风积沙在天然条件下呈松散状态,内聚力几乎为零,抗剪性能极差,一般机具难以行驶,普通钢轮压路机根本无法碾压至规定的压实度,同时由于沙漠地带特殊的气候、地质状况,使得沙漠地区公路的施工比一般气候、地质条件下的公路施工难度要大得多。本文结合准东地区煤电煤化工产业带公路建设,对风积沙路基的施工工艺、压实工艺和质量控制方法等进行了简要分析、总结,以方便施工,达到防范于未然的作用,也希望能给其他沙漠地区公路施工提供有益的借鉴。

This paper, combined with the quasi-eastern coal chemical industry coal road construction, the construction process of Aeolus sand embankment, compaction process and quality control methods were briefly analyzed and summarized in order to facilitate the construction, to prevent the unforeseen, but also Hope to give other desert areas highway construction provides a useful reference.
