快速、准确测定客户的风险承受能力,是一项理财方案能否得到客户认可的关键。准确评估客户的风险承受能力是一项非常复杂的工作,实务中我们一般采用定量分析与定性分析相结合的办法。定性分析主要是通过与客户面对面的交谈来基本判断客户的风险属性。但由于定性分析仅仅是凭理财师的直觉,没有严格的量化关系,而且受理财师的经验、技巧以及风险偏好的影响,不同的理财师可能得出差别较大的结论,因此我们在采用定性分析的同时还需要采用定量分析,综合运用两种方法以确定客户的实际风险承受能力。

Accurate assessment of the client’s risk tolerance is a very complex task, in practice, we generally use a combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. Qualitative analysis is mainly through face-to-face conversation with customers to basically determine the customer’s risk attributes. However, due to the qualitative analysis is based solely on the intuition of the financial planner, there is no strict quantitative relationship, and accept the financial experience, skills and risk appetite, different financial planner may come to different conclusions, we use the qualitative The analysis also requires the use of quantitative analysis, the integrated use of two methods to determine the customer’s actual risk tolerance.
