绩效工资改革是我国公立医院改革的重点,财部制定了新医院会计制度,并首先在公立医院改革单位实施,体现出国家对加强公立医院管理、推动管理制度改革的重视。建立良好的绩效和激励考核机制,能够激发工作人员的积极性,提高医院整体的服务水平,充分发挥公立医院的作用。文章首先分析了公立医院绩效工资改革应遵循的原则,以及绩效工资制度进行改革的必要性和意义,指出了绩效工资改革面临的问题,最后提出了相关建议。
Performance pay reform is the focus of the reform of public hospitals in our country. The Ministry of Finance has formulated a new hospital accounting system and implemented in public hospital reform units first, which shows that the state attaches importance to strengthening public hospital management and promoting the reform of management system. Establishing good performance and encouraging examination and assessment mechanism can arouse the enthusiasm of the staff, improve the overall service level of the hospital, and give full play to the role of the public hospital. The article first analyzes the principle that the performance pay reform in public hospitals should follow, and the necessity and significance of reforming the performance pay system. It points out the problems that the performance pay reform faces, and finally puts forward the relevant suggestions.
