目的 探讨脑动脉瘤破裂患者术前防止再出血的护理效果.方法 将我院在2013年3月至2014年3月收治的42 例脑动脉破裂患者纳入本研究,将患者完全随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组患者进行综合性护理,对照组患者进行常规护理,观察并比较两组患者的再出血、病死、残疾情况.结果 观察组患者再出血率、病死率、致残率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论 对于脑动脉瘤破裂后患者,为了防止再出血情况的发生,必须采用综合性护理措施.“,”Objective To investigate the nursing effect of patients with ruptured intracranial aneurysms before prevent rebleeding.Methods In our hospital in 42 cases of cerebral artery in 2013 March to 2014 March were rupture were included in the study,patients wil be in accordance with the random packet mode is divided into observation group and control group,patients in study group were treated with comprehensive nursing,the control of routine nursing group patients were observed and compared between the two groups,patients with rebleeding,mortality,disability.Results Patients in the observation group the rate of rebleeding,mortality,disability rate was lower than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with ruptured cerebral aneurysms,happen in order to prevent rebleeding rate,must adopt the comprehensive nursing measures.
