目的分析四川省甘孜藏族自治州棘球蚴病空间分布情况及空间聚集区域,了解现阶段四川省甘孜藏族自治州棘球蚴病重点筛查地区,为四川省甘孜藏族自治州棘球蚴病防控工作提供参考。方法收集四川省甘孜藏族自治州18县325乡以2014年为主的棘球蚴病人群筛查数据,运用空间扫描统计量法、空间自相关法分析四川省甘孜藏族自治州细粒棘球蚴病和多房棘球蚴病检出率的空间聚集性,得到细粒棘球蚴病和多房棘球蚴病检出率分布的空间聚集区域。结果四川省甘孜藏族自治州细粒棘球蚴病空间分布呈现高检出率聚集,一级聚集区位于四川省甘孜藏族自治州西北部,一级聚集区内包含2个巢式聚集区,分别位于德格县东北部和石渠县东北部。多房棘球蚴病空间分布同样呈现高检出率聚集,一级聚集区与细粒棘球蚴病一级聚集区空间分布一致,一级聚集区内3个巢式聚集区分别位于德格县东北部、甘孜县北部和石渠县东北部。结论四川省甘孜藏族自治州棘球蚴病空间分布存在聚集性,通过空间聚集性分析可得到棘球蚴病空间聚集区域,即今后工作需要加强的区域。
Objective To analyze the spatial distribution and spatial distribution of hydatid disease in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous State of Sichuan Province and to understand the key screening area of hydatid disease in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province at this stage and to provide the prevention and control of hydatid disease in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province reference. Methods Screening data of populations of echinococcosis mainly from 325 villages in 18 counties of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province in 2014 were collected. Spatial-scanning statistical methods and spatial autocorrelation analysis were used to analyze the echinococcus granulosus disease in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province. Spatial aggregation of the detection rate of multilocular echinococcosis, spatial distribution of the detection rate of particulate echinococcosis and multilocular echinococcosis was obtained. Results The spatial distribution of Echinococcus granulosus showed a high detection rate in the Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province. The primary accumulation area was located in the northwest of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province. The first accumulation area contained two nested aggregation areas, County northeast and Shitou County northeast. Spatial distribution of multilocular echinococcosis also showed a high detection rate of aggregation, the first-level aggregation area and echinococcus granulosus primary spatial distribution of the same distribution, the first-level aggregation of three nesting area are located in Dege County northeast, northern Ganzi County and Shitou County northeast. Conclusion The spatial distribution of hydatid cysts in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province is aggregated. Spatial aggregation of hydatid cysts can be obtained through spatial clustering analysis, that is, the areas that need to be strengthened in future work.
