幼师生的社交能力关系到他们未来能否适应社会,参与社会竞争,是心理健康的核心因素。为提高幼师生的社交能力,笔者针对幼师生社交焦虑情绪设计了团体辅导课程,并对辅导效果进行定量研究。研究结果表明:团体心理辅导前后,焦虑自评量表(SAS)得分分别是(52.7±3.98)和(43.7±3.19),有显著差异性(p<0.001);问卷调查显示,辅导对象认为辅导效果很好或较好。从而我们可以得出通过团体心理辅导,能有效克服幼师生的社交焦虑情绪的结论。
The social skills of kindergarten teachers and students have a bearing on their ability to adapt to the society and participate in social competition in the future. They are the core elements of mental health. In order to improve the social skills of kindergarten students, the author designed group counseling courses aimed at the anxiety of kindergarten teachers and students, and conducted quantitative research on the effect of counseling. The results showed that SAS scores before and after group counseling were (52.7 ± 3.98) and (43.7 ± 3.19), respectively, with significant differences (p <0.001). According to the questionnaire survey, counselors considered counseling The effect is good or better. Therefore, we can conclude that through group counseling, we can effectively overcome the social anxiety of kindergarten teachers and students.
