５６例癌痛病人应用盐酸二氢埃托啡控制疼痛，剂量范围８０～２４０μｇ／ｄ，总有效率为８３．９％。１８例（３２．１％）于盐酸二氢埃托啡用量达８００～２０００μｇ／ｄ时出现不良反应，９例（１６．１％）出现耐受性。
Fifty-six patients with cancer pain were treated with dihydroetorphine hydrochloride to control the pain. The dose range was 80-240 μg / d and the total effective rate was 83.9%. Eighteen patients (32.1%) developed adverse reactions when the dosage of dihydroetorphine reached 800-2000 μg / d, and nine patients (16.1%) developed tolerance.
