目的研究应用AA3流动注射仪测定生活饮用水中氰化物的分析方法。方法采用BRAN+LUEBBE AA3型连续流动分析仪,根据氰化物在酸性条件下蒸馏,蒸馏物和氯胺T反应生成氯化氰,随后与异烟酸–吡唑啉酮反应生成蓝色化合物的原理,在630 nm处检测氰化物。结果方法的相关性好(r>0.999 0),样品测定的相对偏差RSD为1.02%~2.48%,检出限为0.001 mg/L,回收率范围93.3%~106.7%。与分光光度法比较,其结果差异无统计学意义。结论方法快速、准确、灵敏度高。
Objective To study the method for the determination of cyanide in drinking water using AA3 flow injection apparatus. Methods Based on the continuous flow analyzer BRAN + LUEBBE AA3, the cyanide was distilled under acidic conditions, the reaction of distillate and chloramine T to form cyanogen chloride, and the subsequent reaction with isonicotinic acid-pyrazolone to form a blue compound Cyanide was detected at 630 nm. The results showed good correlation (r> 0.999 0). The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.02% ~ 2.48%. The limit of detection was 0.001 mg / L. The recoveries ranged from 93.3% to 106.7%. Compared with spectrophotometry, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate and sensitive.
