近年来,随着“网购”的兴起,我国的快递业发展迅速,统计数据显示,2014年我国快递的业务量突破140亿件,连续4年增幅超过50%,已成为名副其实的世界第一快递大国。在高速发展的背后,部分快递公司由于经营管理方面的不规范,导致货物在运输过程中丢失、毁损的情况时有发生,由此产生的纠纷也呈多发态势。据统计,2013年度,北京市第二中级法院(简称北京二中院)共审理涉及快递公司的运输合同纠纷二审案件33件;2014年度共审结35件;2015年1~8月,北京二中院审理的此类案件已达到35件,案件数量呈逐年增加趋势。为减少相关的纠纷,北京二中院经过调研分析了此类纠纷的成因。
