胡锦涛总书记提出的“八荣八耻”论述在构建和谐社会新起点的历史时期,切中时弊,具有深远的意义。组织团员青年学习“八荣八耻”,可以帮助他们奠定坚实的人生观、价值观和世界观基础,同时也进行了爱国主义、集体主义、社会主义思想教育。共青团组织要积极教育和引导团员青年树立社会主义荣辱观,从生活、学习和工作的方方面面关心他们,用“八荣八耻”论述领导共青团工作,将其作为青年思想道德建设的重要内容深入进行,使得广大团员青年发挥积极作用,带头树立社会主义荣辱观。
