In business performance management, performance measurement plays a decisive role. The effective use of performance measurement methods can be timely feedback of the company’s operating conditions for the improvement of enterprises to provide a solid basis for the direction. But at the same time, improper use of performance appraisals can also hinder organizational morale, reduce team effectiveness and prevent quality improvements, which are often overlooked by managers.
