目的分析讨论对卵巢肿瘤标志物的联合检测比较单项检测的效果。方法从2012年10月至2014年10月进入肿瘤医院治疗的59例恶性卵巢肿瘤患者中随机抽取50例作为恶性肿瘤试验组;收治的良性卵巢肿瘤患者131例中随机抽取50例作为良性肿瘤试验组;在正常体检的女性中随机抽取50例作为体检对照组,抽取此150例患者血样经水浴、离心后提取血清,应用免疫发光仪器检测癌胚抗原(CEA)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、肿瘤糖链抗原15-3(CA15-3)、肿瘤糖链抗原125(CA125)4项肿瘤标志物数值,对比联合检测与单项检测的阳性率、准确度、特异性、灵敏性是否存在差异。结果经检测,恶性肿瘤试验组患者血清中CEA、AFP、CA15-3、CA125含量均高于良性肿瘤试验组和体检对照组(P<0.05);单项检验中,恶性肿瘤试验组CEA、AFP、CA15-3、CA125 4项指标阳性率为22.00%、48.00%、38.00%、68.00%,而联合检测得出阳性率为96.00%,与4项指标单项检测阳性率相比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在卵巢肿瘤确诊过程中应用免疫发光技术对多项肿瘤标志物进行联合检测,阳性率高于单项检测,且准确度更高,在血清学角度可以更准确地协助临床医生诊断。
Objective To analyze and compare the combined detection of ovarian tumor markers compared to single test results. Methods Fifty-nine patients with malignant ovarian tumors admitted to Cancer Hospital from October 2012 to October 2014 were selected randomly as the experimental group of malignant tumor. Among 131 patients with benign ovarian tumor, 50 patients were randomly selected as the benign tumor test 50 healthy women were randomly selected as the physical examination control group. The blood samples of 150 patients were taken out and the serum was extracted after centrifugation. The CEA, AFP, Tumor glyco-antigen 15-3 (CA15-3), tumor glyco-antigen 125 (CA125) tumor markers, and compare the positive rate, accuracy, specificity and sensitivity between the combined detection and single detection. Results The levels of CEA, AFP, CA15-3 and CA125 in serum of patients with malignant tumor were significantly higher than those of benign tumor and healthy controls (P <0.05). In the single test, the levels of CEA, AFP, The positive rates of four indicators of CA15-3 and CA125 were 22.00%, 48.00%, 38.00% and 68.00%, respectively. The positive rates of the four markers were 96.00% Significance (P <0.05). Conclusions In the diagnosis of ovarian neoplasms, immunoluminescence was used to detect multiple tumor markers. The positive rate was higher than that of single detection, and the accuracy was higher. It is more accurate to assist clinicians in serological diagnosis.
