凸轮设计步骤多、涉及参数多,给设计工作者带来很多的不便,降低了设计效率。本文介绍了一种凸轮的参数化设计方法。基于解析法设计凸轮轮廓曲线的数学模型,以VB为主体开发语言,实现了凸轮轮廓绘制,并直接导出坐标值,再利用MasterCAM读取坐标值,最终实现了凸轮的数控自动编程和模拟加工。此方法大大简化了凸轮的设计计算,有利于实现凸轮的CAD/CAM一体化。
Many steps of cam design involve many parameters, which bring a lot of inconvenience to design workers and reduce design efficiency. This article describes a parameterized design of the cam. Based on the mathematical model of designing the profile curve of the cam based on the analytic method, VB is taken as the main body to develop the language, the cam profile is drawn, the coordinate value is derived directly, and then the coordinate value is read by MasterCAM. Finally, the NC programming and simulation of the cam are realized. This method greatly simplifies the cam design and calculation, is conducive to the realization of CAD / CAM cam integration.
