80年代,铁路隧道建设主要以双线长隧道居多,传统的施工机械和施工方法难以满足施工期的要求。为此,开发了液压凿岩台车等先进设备,同时采用综合机械化施工、无轨运输和全断面开挖等先进技术。为了进一步提高施工精度和效率,国内外正在应用计算机控制导向的液压凿岩台车(俗称电脑台车)。 计算机数据导向系统采用贝弗数据导向系统(BEVER CONTROL SYSTEM),在隧道断面开挖过程中,导引台车操作手进行钻孔作业。硬件部分包括办公室计算机系统及车载电脑。办公室计算机部分包括IBM兼容机、打印机及专用的数据读写设备,车载电脑
In the 1980s, the construction of railway tunnels was dominated by long two-lane tunnels, and traditional construction machinery and construction methods could not meet the requirements of the construction period. To this end, advanced equipment such as hydraulic rock drill trolleys have been developed, and advanced technologies such as comprehensive mechanized construction, trackless transport, and full-face excavation have been adopted.
