教师进行教学设计,有没有既简单易行,又朴实高效的办法呢?笔者认为有——从原点出发。原点在哪里,原点就是学生。教师进行教学设计,一切要从学生实际出发,按学生的学习规律安排一堂课的教学程序;教师要换位思考,假如我是学生,希望教师怎样安排一堂课,我才能真正学会。具体说,从学生这个原点出发进行教学设计,就是帮助学生解决四个问题:今天学什么?我已经学会了什么?我还有什么问题?我学得怎么样?其实,分别解决这四个问题就是一堂课的四个主要阶段。能不能按照这四个阶段来上课呢?
