当前,新体育课程的改革进入了关键时期,新体育课程标准也赋予了体育教师更大的责任与更高的期望,对其专业化发展的期待更高、要求也更加紧迫,然而,在实施新体育课程标准的过程中不得不面对的事实是广大的体育教师专业化发展水平较低,自身也对其专业发展期待也较低,已经严重制约了新体育课程标准的更好实施和体育课程改革的深化。在体育教学中采用最多的教学方法是教师讲解示范和引导学生自己练习;传统的传习式的教师示范、学生机械模仿的学习仍然是基层学校最主要的学习方法。但在教学实践中,如何通过体育教学组织形式及教学方法的变革更好的提高体育新课标的实施效果是广大一线体育教师面临的重要难题,值得广大的体育同行们继续深入探讨与研究。

However, in the practice of teaching, how to improve the effect of the new physical education standard through the reform of the form and teaching methods of physical education is an important problem faced by most front-line physical education teachers. It deserves to be discussed and researched extensively.
