板料零件数控渐进成形工艺是一种通过数字控制设备,采用预先编制好的控制程序逐点成形板料零件的柔性加工工艺。文章利用数控实验机床(CNC)对热浸渡钢板H180YD+Z的渐进成形性能进行研究,测试了成形极限角和成形性能曲线。结果表明,该材料在渐进成形过程中,其零件厚度分布基本符合t=t0cosθ的规律,成形性能好,可适用于汽车钣金件的渐进成形,为板材的渐进成形工艺提供了理论依据。
Sheet metal parts CNC progressive forming process is a kind of digital control equipment, pre-programmed control of the process of forming sheet metal parts by point of flexible processing technology. In this paper, the progressive forming performance of H180YD + Z hot-dip steel plate was studied by CNC machine tool. The forming limit angle and forming performance curve were tested. The results show that during the process of progressive forming, the part thickness distribution of the material conforms to the law of t = t0 cosθ, and the formability is good. It can be applied to the progressive forming of automotive sheet metal parts and provides a theoretical basis for the progressive forming process of the sheet metal.
