目的调查分析北京市城区无偿献血者献血原因和对献血前后注意事项的了解程度,制定针对性的献血招募政策,提高2次献血率。方法对600名无偿献血者发放自制的调查问卷,进行统计分析。结果献血者对献血注意事项知晓率都较低;献血者了解无偿献血的主要途径是献血车工作人员的宣传(54.1%),其次是献过血的同事或朋友的宣传(43.9%)。结论加强无偿献血知识的人际传播和对注意事项的宣传,将有利于扩大无偿献血队伍。
Objective To investigate and analyze the causes of blood donation in unpaid blood donors in Beijing and their understanding of precautions before and after donation, and to set up a targeted donation and recruitment policy to raise the blood donation rate twice. Methods 600 unpaid blood donors were distributed self-made questionnaires for statistical analysis. Results Blood donors knew less about blood donation precautions. Blood donors knew about the motivation of blood donation (54.1%), followed by propaganda (43.9%) of blood donors’ colleagues or friends. Conclusion Intensifying interpersonal communication of knowledge of unpaid blood donation and advocacy of precautions will help to expand the blood donation team.
