采用溶血试验,小鼠肝、肾组织脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)测定,受照质粒构象改变等方法测定茶多酚对生物大分子物质氧自由基损伤的保护作用。结果显示茶多酚明显抑制H2O2致人红细胞(RBC)溶血作用(P<001),明显抑制VitC/Fe诱导的小鼠肝、肾匀浆组织过氧化作用(P<001),明显抑制受照质粒PUC18DNA单链断裂作用(P<001)。结果表明,茶多酚能保护离体细胞膜,DNA免受氧自由基损伤
The hemolysis test was used to determine the malondialdehyde (MDA) in mouse liver and kidney tissues and the conformation change of the irradiated plasmid was used to determine the protective effect of tea polyphenols on oxygen free radical damage of biological macromolecules. The results showed that tea polyphenols significantly inhibited the hemolysis of human erythrocyte (RBC) induced by H2O2 (P <001) and significantly inhibited the tissue peroxidation of liver and kidney homogenate induced by VitC / Fe (P <001) , Obviously inhibited the single-strand breaks of irradiated plasmid PUC18 (P <001).
