通过组织观察和力学性能测试等方法,对挤压态Mg-Gd-Y-Nd-Zr合金的时效行为进行了研究,分析了T5和T6时效处理对合金组织及性能的影响。结果表明,时效温度为225℃的挤压态合金达到T5峰时效的时间最短,为24 h,且随时效温度的升高,挤压态合金达到T5峰时效的时间缩短,T5峰时效态的硬度值减小;进行T6时效处理时也具有明显的时效硬化效果,但合金达到T6峰时效的时间延长;相比于挤压态合金,经过T6峰时效处理后,合金强度明显提高,但与经过T5峰时效处理的合金相比,其强度和伸长率均明显降低,说明挤压态合金进行T5时效处理的效果要好于T6时效处理。
The aging behavior of Mg-Gd-Y-Nd-Zr alloy in as-extruded state was studied by means of microstructure observation and mechanical property test. The effects of aging treatment of T5 and T6 on microstructure and properties of the alloy were analyzed. The results show that the aging time of T5 peak is the shortest for 24 hours at 225 ℃, and the aging time of T5 peak is shortened with the increase of aging temperature. The T5 peak aging time The hardness value decreases; T6 aging treatment also has significant aging hardening effect, but the alloy reaches T6 peak aging time extension; Compared with the extruded state alloy, after T6 peak aging treatment, the alloy strength increased significantly, but with The strength and elongation of the alloy after aging treatment at T5 peak were significantly lower, indicating that the effect of T5 aging treatment is better than T6 aging treatment.
