目的为预防、控制和消除职业危害,对某公司工作场所生产性职业有害因素进行检测,提出合理的可行性的防护措施,保护劳动者健康。方法采用工作场所空气中粉尘测定(GBZ/T192.1-2007)、工作场所物理因素检测(GBZ/T189.8-2007)对该公司生产场所的粉尘、噪声进行检测,按国家职业卫生标准工作场所空气有毒物质测定(GBZ/T160-2004)对作场所空气有毒物质一氧化氮、二氧化氮氨、二氧化硫、一氧化碳进行测定。结果该公司工作场所空气有毒物质一氧化氮、二氧化氮氨、二氧化硫、一氧化碳、粉尘、噪声均低于国家规定的接触限值。结论该公司生产工艺先进、设备密闭、防尘降噪设施运转良好,所测工作场所生产性职业有害因素符合国家标准要求。
Objective To prevent, control and eliminate occupational hazards, test the harmful factors of productive occupations in the workplace of a company, put forward reasonable and feasible protective measures and protect the health of laborers. Methods The dust and noise in the workplace of the company were detected by GBZ / T192.1-2007 and GBZ / T189.8-2007 in the workplace. According to the national occupational health standards Determination of place air toxic substances (GBZ / T160-2004) for the workplace air toxic substances nitric oxide, ammonia nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide were determined. Results The company’s workplace air toxic substances nitric oxide, ammonia nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide, dust, noise are lower than the national exposure limit. Conclusion The company has advanced production technology, airtight equipment, dust-proof and noise-reduction facilities operate well, and the harmful factors of productive occupations measured in the workplace meet the requirements of national standards.
